It is important to note that we only deliver products to United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands addresses and are unable to deliver to freepost addresses and Post Office or British Forces Post Office boxes.

We aim to dispatch your stocked product order on the same working day when it’s placed before 4:00 PM (1-2 Day Delivery Service) or 4:30 PM (Next-Day Delivery Service). Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed after 4:00 PM (1-2 Day Delivery Service) or 4:30 PM (Next-Day Delivery Service) on a Friday will not be processed until the following working day (Monday).
We class our working days as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

There are a small number or products and locations that we cannot calculate delivery charges for online. If we’re unable to calculate your charges you will see a message asking you to call us on 0800 919 900 or email us at pigpen@newpig.com so that a member of our Customer Service team can help you, by providing the delivery costs to your chosen address.

Orders are dispatched subject to stock availability and if we’re unable to dispatch any of the items ordered, within our specified timescale, we will deliver what we have available and inform you of any delay.
Dispatch times for custom and dropship product orders vary widely. This can make providing delivery estimates difficult but we will always do our very best to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

back to topThere are a small number of products that require additional handling days and cannot be delivered next-day. Long (products 140cm or over in length) and bulky products (larger than one pallet space) require an additional handling day and are therefore excluded from our next-day delivery service.

Unfortunately there are still some places we find a little trickier to get to. This means there are a small number of postcodes where we are unable to offer next-day delivery and require a little extra extra time to get your order to you.

back to topOur parcel carrier requires a signature upon delivery. If you miss them they will leave a card letting you know when they will try to deliver again or how you can arrange another delivery.
